Slippery Slope Rosé

Winemakers Notes:
“A delicate, pale Rosé with subtle herbaceous notes and raspberry aromas. Citrus lemon on the palate with hints of Turkish delight! The wine features Dryhill’s Champagne varietals and was fermented in stainless steel to give a refreshing finish.”
Slippery Slope takes its name from the steep limestone terraces created by the Romans during their time living and working around Dryhill, just outside Cheltenham. Today these challenging Cotswold terraces are slippery during the winter when the early pruning of our vines takes place. Our steep slopes are however a blessing, since the gradient provides good natural protection from the early frosts and excellent drainage which creates an amazing location for producing happy healthy grapes.
Slippery Slope is a light and fruity summer wine which contains some of our delicious Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes and is ideal for enjoying with friends and loved ones.
