Blanc de Blanc: 100% Chardonnay 

Winemakers Notes: 
"This pale gold white wine is made only from Dryhill’s best white grapes. Blanc de Blanc bubbly is typically a little drier in style than its stable-mate since it requires less sugar to balance, and yet the flavours linger longer on the palate to create a mouth watering wine. It also exhibits a fine mouse and delicate bubbles, which are characteristics of each Dryhill bubbly due to extended time on ‘lees’. We employ second use Burgundy barrels to add an extra layer of richness and finesse. This Blanc de Blanc is simply delicious and particularly well suited to pairing with seafood."

Grower Notes:
"April sunshine helped an earlier bud burst. Slight frost in early May meant that we just avoided any harm to the vines, probably thanks to our steep slope and cutting the grass really short to allow the frost to roll down hill. Generally a super sunny year with the vines getting lots of personal attention and good vineyard health. September was good for ripening, with more warm weather. Pinot harvested 22nd October and Chardonnay on the 27th October. Incredible year for growing grapes at Dryhill."
